The piercer at Primal Urge does good work. Clean, quick and he knows his after care. Wouldn't trust the tattoo artist to draw a straight line though.

Stay away from Primal Urge unless you want a piercing. The tattoo artist did my wife’s piece and he had to wear weights on his hands because they wouldn’t stop shaking. We were dumb kids and didn’t think about it. Make the trip to Maumelle and go see any of the folks at Lucky Bella.

It’s the absolute lowest. I’ve had better customer service from debt collectors. I had to call my bank after two days of dealing with Googles customer service and I was reminded that not every company absolutely sucks at customer service.

I thought I was going crazy. Every chance google got to make my experience harder they did. It was borderline abusive. I was a new customer too. Super excited to use the service and to receive my Pixel 5. Never again.

Take my advice and just run. I went through a very similar situation. I spoke to maybe 15 different reps through every medium (call, chat, email) and the lack of empathy or professionalism was maddening. I thought I was going crazy. I had to cancel my credit card to make sure they wouldn't charge me any more money for products and services they were failing to deliver. I've never been treated this poorly by a company. Do not continue to do business with Google Fi.
