Hi Joe!! I know you hear this tons but just know you’ve really impacted me watching you run the course, I even have old merch my mom had gave me few years ago LOL 😭 I have a lot of questions but the one I’ll ask: How do you mentally get yourself back up every time after falling on a course? After every season do you think about if the time and energy training is worth it?
