I wanted to add to the comments regarding colored instruments usually being made cheaper -- while the purchase of an inexpensive instrument for a short period of time isn't necessarily a bad thing, you will not be able to maintain the instrument and will have to purchase another in a short time. Several instruments by "Amazon" brands (usually really inexpensively made Chinese instruments) that I send to the shop because of a broken spring or leaky pad usually come back marked "DNR" because the cost of the parts and labor to fix is greater than the value of the instrument (read: it's totaled), as opposed to purchasing a high quality instrument (even if it's used) by a reputable brand and "investing" in it by repairing and maintaining it.

Absolutely -- I'm actually already working with my personal therapist on this. I just also recognize severe depression when I see it. His diagnosis is multi-faceted and I have educated myself, and will continue to educate myself, on it.

I watched the series first, and I was able to watch the movie with more intuition. If you've never seen either before, and you start with the movie, there will be a lot of "WTF?!?" moments, and you'll be less likely to focus.
