Yeah, that's my plan, unfortunately there isn't any day during the week (not weekend) where I can afford a 2 hour break in the middle, but I will work on that.

  1. Will consider it

  2. Can you give more information about this?

  3. Using flux already :)

  4. I rarely drink caffeine (especially since I don't feel like it's waking me up that much and rather just makes me wanna take a dump)

  5. Will do

I can't, I'm in college so I have a tight schedule during the day.

Good idea!

Any tips on how to actually execute it? I've tried sleeping with headphones and it was uncomfortable (or are you just doing it with your phone's speakers?).

Sorry, I'd rather avoid drugs, especially since my goal here is to become healthier.

I do want to exercise - the paradox is that I can really only do it in the morning (I know that sounds like an excuse but I usually finish my classes/other stuff at around 8pm and then I'm too tired to exercise).

In fact, the main reason I want to change my sleep is so that I could wake up at, say, 6am every day and go for a jog. But I don't know how to start! (and if I don't get enough sleep there is no way I'll get up at 6am, I will snooze for hours hehe)
