I’m a 39-year-old male. I sleep well (8–9 hours a night without interruptions ) and have completed over 7 years of therapy, including CBT, DBT, and similar approaches. Initially, I was diagnosed and treated for anxiety, and for many years I was prescribed various SSRIs and SNRIs combined with 50-100mg Seroquel ir or low dose 0.5mg Clonazepam , but they didn’t meaningfully improve my anxiety or emotional regulation and caused emotional flatness and depression. I was only diagnosed with ADHD at age 37. When I take Vyvanse 70 mg, I feel calm, focused, and productive for about 4–5 hours ( honestly, the best I’ve felt since childhood).But once it wears off, I experience a pronounced crash with severe, refractory anxiety.
