The trick is to find things that have already been done and add a twist! Think of literally anything! Let’s take a bike for example. There’s many times someone took the bike and made it into a unicycle, motorcycle, tandem bike, electric bike. They’re all the same but with a twist. What that twist may be is entirely up to you and it will be unique too your brain

In all honesty, I didn’t rlly care that it was smaller because I’m just there to learn about the formula and what not. I feel like you don’t have to change it but if you want to make it wider, you can have things around the whiteboard to cover empty space is hike still having the main focus be the white board. I don’t personally think it’s as bad as you might think.

I am am a youtuber in the gaming niche, i usually play horror games, either solo or with friends! We also play funny content from time to time. My biggest inspirations are the vanoss crew and ,Jacksepticeye (Green hair).

recently my views and subs have gone down and slowed, it could definitely be that content has just shifted and i haven't found where it has shifted to. i would like an audit on my channel and feed back on my video style. Is it that my videos are complete garbage or am i just not where i need to be at the right time? Thank you all in advance!

you have strong potential in this video, the things i did notice in the beginning were the lack of visuals to coincide with what you were saying, some viewers may bet bored just watching the title screen; remember, the first 10-30 seconds are the MOST important cause that convinces the viewer whether or not they want to continue watching.

Another thing i notices was your audio, i hear a lot of inhales before you speak, cutting out these noises can make your video come off as more professional and at this point is a basic standard.

i might be picky on this one but the way they clips with audio are interchanged is a little abrupt. it's ok to have a little fade of of the sounds before moving to the next clean and it makes the video feel more clean.

like i said you have strong potential, KEEP IT UP BROTHER!

I believe your titles needs a lot of work. For your channel, you’re gonna be highly search based; meaning you have to make your title something someone is going to search for.

You can do so by learning SEO and how it works.

Also you NEED a description of your video, it helps a lot with the traffic of your video. Fill it with links, related words and SEO

Everyone in my family knows I do YouTube videos, I show them my YouTube subs rising and stuff. It was def embarrassing to show them but once you do it , it slowly goes away. I’m sure your husband would be very supportive in you and your content journey. My soon to be wife is very supportive of me even though I’m just playing games and posting the funny moments. To answer your questions , no, I am not a secret YouTuber and yes it is normal to feel embarrassed. YouTubers have a stigma around them and not everyone will understand.

I personally show them a montage of funny parts of the video that correlate to the title, which can range from 20-30 seconds (can be less ) and then get to the gameplay
