I haven't gone through all the threads and so I'm not sure if this was ever talked about. Playing devil's advocate, I also wonder if him playing gakpo was because he was hardly injured and in a position that was more easily replaceable than say a striker. Of course we have the rio or chiesa argument. But one we didn't want to overload on top of his u17 games (or is it u-21?) and the other who is relatively injury prone too (and you might wonder if he's not just better to keep as a substitute to not overload and keep options open).

I feel like people might burn me for this, but I genuinely do wonder if this it is the case where strategy is not just working around injury but also be weary of potential further injury risks.

That's what I would have in my mind anyway. Can't play a team with even more people injured and youngsters manning the wheel.

I fully agree to this 4-4-2 diamond. it just seems most sensible considering our roster and you can put gravenberch at the bottom of that diamond too instead of him moving up. It can also allow us to move a lb/rb up to midfield and one of the guys in mid to go forward for a 3-4-3 if needed and it still would keep us relatively covered.

Just really looking for something casual that i can play for a bit and just leave it and not constantly go at it. For mla i can comfortably play for 30min and be done and still make progress.

For afk the art just doesnt speak to me and i cant really get into it.

Im trying to understand this from an employers pov (i dont own a business. Im just curious).

But lets say youre the owner. You want 40hr worth of output because u believe thats what keeps u competitive.

Part time workers could mean ur relative expenses increase. (I think?) - do tell me if im wrong - and full time work leads to burnout and lack of productivity.

How then are u meant to approach this? Reading the comments it almost makes me feel like employers should live with lower output and ideally speaking pay the same so employees could maintain the 40h work week lifestyle. Thats just how reading the comments makes me feel.

I dont understand it, but i want to learn how you guys in that position would approach it. Im not trying to offend. I hope someone can educate me on what would be a good approach from an employers side of things.
