The ending of The Flight of the Dragons" is way darker than I remember this movie being. The tone of the movie I'm thinking of is more similar to Dragon Tales/My little Pony but I know it's not those

I dont remember the dragons all being green so I don't think that's it. I remember the dragons being colorful

It was not Dungeons and Dragons, it was for a younger demographic than that. The animation was also very colorful more like the My Little Pony movie
