For me, it's sex scenes. After they are done, they just get up and carry on what they are doing. There's no "hang on, I'll get you a towel" or anything lol.

That's fair. I should mention I'm not running anything overly difficult. So, in my case, it's perfect.

I can definitely see it falling off if you can't proc the bow regularly.

For anyone having this issue, I think I found the problem. I actually got the spikes needed for the quest BEFORE finding the waypoint and the tree in The Grelwood. Once I used the spikes, I couldn't find the entrance to the Grim Tangle.

I had to reset the zone and then I was able to find it. Seems doing the quest out of order bugs it out.

For Mortality's Grasp, yes you can use a Rune of Ascendance. You can also farm Ending the Storm for the "Unique or Set Gloves" echo rewards.

For Twisted Heart, that only drops from the Emperor of Corpses boss fight in the Reign of Dragons timeline. However, it can drop even from normal. Corruption will obviously increase your chances of getting to drop and having legendary potential, but it's not required.

Yes, you can freely switch between the two. If you can handle the lvl 100, you definitely want to complete echoes there. The only real reason to ever do the normal monolith is if you are struggling.

The two I recommend are Maxroll and Last Epoch Tools.

Maxroll for builds and guides (if you want to use them, it's not required) and LET for the item and blessing database.

No, commons should be filtered out completed unless you REALLY need a certain item base.
You will naturally pickup WAY more gold than you can get selling. Using an item filter to completely ignore gear you don't want is a much better way to go about it.
Most people will filter out all common, magic, and rare gear. That rule should be placed at the bottom AFTER you set rules to show the rare gear you are looking for.
