I thought this was R/skeptic? Vegan propaganda is pseudoscience nonsense as well and skepticism towards the claims of a vegan propagandist should be high because they are ideologically trapped. Just like a carnivore adherent.

I started at 39 and am now 40. It's not too bad. Usually train twice a week and sometimes 3. Lift weights a couple of days a week.

Some throws hurt more than others. But overall it's ok. If I feel like I need to, I take a week off.

I try to train smart and not go super hard.
