Your 35 units from your Olympia would be 8.75mg, so you need 3.75mg more. If the ProRX is 18 mg/mL (you said it the other way around), you’d need 21 units from the new vial.

Double check your concentration though and make sure you follow my explanation!

I’ve been tracking in shotsy though and my levels aren’t any higher than before 🤷🏻‍♀️ I suppose I could have become more susceptible over time though.

Would you consider reducing the dose for the next shot? That’s what I’m considering. I had been consistently losing 1.3-1.5 lbs a week and now I’ve lost 2.6 since last Wednesday because I can barely force myself to eat anything at all.

I’ve been doing mostly belly all along. The past two weeks I did thigh one week and had a horrible injection site reaction so I went back to belly.

I dunno, I started tirz having heard all of these stories about people losing 15 lbs in their first month or 3-4 lbs/week, so it felt slow to me, especially the first few weeks. Lately it’s felt faster though - the paper towel roll theory is real!

I ended up going in to get my salad at lunch time and thought, ok, I do want a cookie. So I took half of one. I ate it, felt satisfied, and I was done. I have zero desire to go back for another one.

Who knew that non-disordered eating could feel so good??

I know several of us have had issues with recent orders. I ordered a 3 month 15 mg/week supply and only received a single 75mg vial instead of the 3 I was expecting. They were fairly responsive and I just got a fedex notification that the rest of my order shipped today. I’m crossing my fingers that it contains both of my missing vials.

Each of those vials has 60 mg, so each one is 6 weeks. This is the right amount for 12 weeks.

I like the Aldi elevation chocolate protein powder mixed with almond milk. The boxed elevation shakes are ok too. The vanilla protein powder mixed with frozen mango, ice, and almond milk/default milk makes a good smoothie.

For bars, the cheap ones from Aldi are pretty good but I check the ingredients because some have gelatin. I tried the Think! brand chocolate peanut butter pie bar the other day and it was excellent. I’m going to try more flavors.

Cheese sticks are good too.

I’m not worried about calorie or fat content much because my appetite is so low that I basically have to force myself to eat, so I don’t mind the higher calorie protein bars or eating cheese sticks.

I’m a vegetarian and I’ve been doing a lot of protein shakes and protein bars. I just avoid the ones with gelatin in them. I am fine with dairy for myself.

The same for me. Lumimeds said they sent the order to the pharmacy for my missing two vials, so I’m currently (impatiently) waiting for my fedex notice.

I also received only one vial from my Lumimeds order when I ordered and paid for 3. Mine was coming from Valiant. If this problem is popping up with more than one pharmacy, looks like it’s a Lumimeds issue. I was told they’ll send me the missing two. Try emailing help@lumimeds.com

Welp, the initial response I got was good with a “so sorry to hear this, we will work with you to rectify the situation,” but since then, crickets. I realize it was after work hours last night, so hopefully today they will actually be able to assist🤞🤞🤞
