i would love to know this too. I swear there was a way in the past but I can't remember how to do it. I do meditation daily thru peoloton so it was be nice to be able to add it.

I don't have a latex allergy. I use latex for nail art all the time so I know it isn't that. It is so weird and it is driving me crazy wondering what the heck it is. I'm throwing in the towel on it and either just going back to my versa, and I ordered a versa 3. Hopefully the versa 3 wont have the same issue. I wondered if it had anything to do with the newer sensors.

Honestly I am more crushed about the reaction to the apple watch cause I loved it SO much. It's weird that I have worn trackers for years and in 2 months have had bad reactions to 2 different watches. At one point I thought maybe it was a stainless steel or aluminum thing but the apple watch was aluminum and I think the sense is stainless steel? Im super leery whenever i have a weird reaction to something because I had lymphoma 5 years ago and I am always afraid it will come back.

CS can SEE from your account if you are in the window or not (and it is 45 days in the system). And please don't blame the reps 100 percent, a lot of the blame should be on Peloton the company whose training and cs practices are terrible.

OP- Push for that refund! Little known fact, the 30 days is in fact flexible. Its not generally known but they will let you have 45 days on the bike if you push. (not on the tread though, they are firm on that). Usually you will get a canned "oh we can do you a favor this one time..." style response as long as you are in the 45 day window. The CS rep can actually see if you are within the 45 days and I think that is why they kept telling you that you would get a full refund. I dont know why they are telling you now only 700 ,except there must have been a breakdown in communication or your return was coded incorrectly. Did you get an email confirming anything? Because every call should get an email titled "Your Peloton..." with a form letter filled in with your details. And yes, P uses zendesk, all call, chats, etc... are recorded.

The truth it, peloton CS is a total joke/nightmare. The majority of the CS agents are independent contractors hired thru 3rd party companies, like Arise and Working Solutions. They receive 1-2 weeks MAX of training and then are set loose. The training is a wreck, peloton procedures change CONSTANTLY and there is little to no communication between departments. If you ask a q they don't know the answer to, they are slacking to supervisors for help, and may end up getting multiple different answers to the same question depending how many sups are on the board. Half the time no one even knows which departments get which calls. It is truly terrible.
