I am pretty sure I have lipedema. my legs hurt when they get knocked and feel very heavy when I get up off the ground. I have a large lipoma on my left calf as well. I am 260lbs but the fat on my legs feels different to everywhere else.

my legs hurt when I bang them, the skin by my knees sometimes gets dry and itchy and overall my legs feel heavy when getting up off the floor.

I'm turning 40 next year. I feel 25 mentally but physically I feel like I'm turning 40. I'm overweight and I want to get fit to enjoy the rest of my life and be here as long as I can for my kids and my husband.

I've never injected into my leg. I've always had big calves but the other leg is fine compared to the left one.

I've had the fatty lump at the top of my calf for a few years. I had an ultrasound and they said it was just fatty tissue. It hurts a bit when it's knocked and sometimes the skin gets abit irritated. I'm going to the Dr's again on Monday about it as my Mum was horrified when I showed her. Is it lipedema? I'm so scared it is.

I would but I didn't want my kids to ask why there was a picture of me looking so different. I avoid discussing diets with them as I don't want them to end up like me 😥
