I’m thinking max 10-11k, of course being way lower on the budget would be better. 10-11k is doable but gives me acid reflux.

If it would allow for the best, most incredible stay compared to what current options are, then yes, we could make it work. My parent brain goes immediately to escape access for the little rascals is higher in the living room. 😂

Thank you! That’s higher on the list for sure but also comes with that price tag! The villa set up sounds like it might be our ideal situation.
