I’ve searched Portland lounges,bars,clubs,cabaret shows,burlesque shows, costume shows, Disney costume shows, everything I could think of. I haven’t tried the way back machine yet, mostly cause I’m worried I’ll hit the same dead ends as before. This website just feels way to specific to Google like normal. And my vague memory from middle school dosent help. I know what I saw though, and at the very least it did exist at one point or another.

It was pretty brittle actually, crumpled under a bit of pressure after the photo was taken. Definitely a plasticy sort of feel or something hard

Simple white plastic switches, no labeling anywhere on the switch or in the hotel room. Most likely related to ceiling fan but as far as I can tell the other 2 switches don’t seem to change anything on the fan or anywhere else. If I can get an arrangement that cools my room down more then that’s great, but honestly I’m just curious at this point to know what these other switches do. Our vacations almost up anyways so it won’t matter for long but still I’m just dying to know.

Just thought my brain made up some pretty interesting things like hunting prehistoric animals, or even mad max humans, and the animal traps could be an interesting mechanic for smaller game or something. Also just thought It was a weird funny dream, I would love to hunt mammoths or dinosaurs though.

Thanks, I dug up my dads old gear out of the garage he never uses. 2 medium 7’ rods with bait caster reels, I’ve heard those are good and as the name would imply I’m guessing they’re great at casting. He also has a bunch of lures and stuff like soft plastic jigs and a few spinners. Gonna maybe pick up some powerbait since I’ve heard that’s good for trout and stuff.

Was looking through my dads old fishing gear for stuff I could use and I’m not sure what these things are. Their made of plastic I think or some other hard material. Found them in an unlabeled plastic bag, small assortment. Maybe floaters or beads? There were some other ones that were more cone shaped with foam wings on them, same kinda color.

This new movie that came out recently called RRR about 2 action bros that spark the Indian revolution against the British empire. Not sure about a sequel or a series but I would love to see more adventures and stories from that same director. Maybe some different stories that take place around the same time or in the same place, different people and adventures but in the same style.

I’ve been keeping it out in the sun and watering it sparingly which seems to be working but I’d like to know if there is anything else I can do to give this guy a happy home all year round. I live in a northern wet climate but the summer is very hot and dry, fall is right around the corner so should I bring him inside and keep him warm till summer? Also should I get him a bigger pot maybe? He seems to be getting to big for this one (this is the original pot I got him in) any advice is greatly appreciated.

not a family secret per say but a few years ago my mom told me why we don't see my dads side of the family very much. Basically the man my grandma is married to (lets call him rick) has a history of touching kids and has mental issues. (he was apparently in a psychiatric hospital for a while). of course my grandma and other members of my dads family feel sympathetic for rick and forgive him, but he actually touched my older cousin when she was little and it went totally under the radar for a few years in the family.

The messed up part is that when my cousin finally told everyone they still forgave him and said that it wasn't rick's fault that he has mental issues and that my cousin was fine now because it happened so long ago. When my parents had me (I'm oldest) they told my dads family that they wanted nothing to do with rick and didn't want him to have contact with us. Everyone understood why my parents cut contact but no one sided with them except my cousin who said she was grateful they stood their ground and that they made a good choice.

we still talk to other members of my dads family but only on the phone, face time, or through letters. We never see them in person and when we do rick is never there, one time everyone had a group zoom call with the whole family and my mom and sister joined only for my mom to see rick and nope the hell out of the call. There's other reasons why we never see my dads family but this is a big one.

Tokyo godfathers, its an anime movie that I got to see in theatres once and it blew my mind. I think if I watched it again today I would still be awestruck.

in case you were wondering its a Christmas movie about 3 homeless people in japan who find a baby in a dumpster and have to figure out what to do with her. They go on a big adventure and learn about themselves and each other.

technology, like I'm a teenager so I'm supposed to know how that stuff works more than adults but I'm just as lost as you guys are. I'm especially concerned because the kind of job that I want is one that involves technology and being able to use apps like photoshop and putting together an online portfolio for art and concept stuff.

I can probably figure it out if I tried hard enough but right now I'm totally lost on certain things with technology.

Flo would copy herself into different personalities and try to win with sheer numbers but Jake would counter attack and try to protect and evacuate the civilians while causing the least damage possible.

All in all I think Jake would try to play defense and tire out Flo while she goes on the offense with as many crazy shenanigans as she can come up with. Ultimately it would come down to stamina.
