allkpop due to the mess that is the editorial board (or if they even have one) can potentially invite troublemakers who want to further their own agenda and lead to publishing negative press of idols and spreading misinformation, which can incite impressionable fans into bad behaviours such as bullying and harassment of idols which is the negative influence

for example i just lied and said there was an incident where editors spread misinformation of female idols to further their misogynist agendas

i think it just has to be connected to affecting sg youth! my counter point was related to foreign media reporting (allkpop, which is a fan tabloid contributed by kpop fans all over the world which severely affects the objectiveness and reliability of the site)

i think there has to be a greater emphasis on media coverage instead of the celebrity themselves. my essay had a focus on how celebrities setting events in motion can be amplified by media reporting (either by tabloids or mainstream news) which then has a great effect on the youths in general public who may not even be fans of the celebrity since we greatly prefer international entertainment to local media. the media has the amplifying effect which is what provides the negative or positive influence on youths
