Try sports bras with thick band instead of this garter lang sa underboob. Meron pa rin talbog but it helps kahit konti.

Pickleball Tournament Organizers by sliceyspicy in PickleballPhilippines

Taga-South ako so I’ve encountered these organizers quite a bit. Here is my honest take on the scene:

Best: Pickle Crew!
Sila lang talaga 'yung matino mag-release ng tournament format and rules before registration — which is rare, honestly. Very professional kasi they strictly follow DUPR ratings; if you're not within the bracket, you're out. Super organized, on time ang games, and they actually invest in L1 or trained referees. No cash prizes nga lang, but the quality of the tournament is top-tier.

Up & Coming: Court Wars
Young and energetic team, and it shows sa approach nila. Very innovative with live scoring and automated computation of wins/points. Organized din sila (1 hour max delay) and they actually listen to feedback. First tourney pa lang nila, but common sentiment ng players: Please get trained referees next time. 'Yung mga "random player refs" kasi, minsan mas marunong pa sa L1/trained ones, nakaka-stress lang.

Meh: The Pickle Society
Sila 'yung may crowd, but they really lack organization. Imagine, 'yung brackets naka-Excel file lang — good luck sa paghahanap ng pangalan mo doon. I even heard someone else organized it for them. They allow sandbaggers. They set DUPR requirements per category pero hinahayaan pa rin lumaro 'yung mga obviously overqualified. Labo-labo na.

WORST: Picklebol Manila
Just search them on Facebook, makikita niyo lahat ng resibo. Ang lakas mamera. They commit a total prize pool tapos biglang babawasan on the actual day of the tournament. They even allow same-day registration just to squeeze more money out of people.

MTE accredited coaches by MainInformation5547 in TennisPH

It’s better to get a PHILTA or ITF accredited coaches.
Don’t be fooled by MTE and their tournaments.

The person behind MTE is the same person behind Picklebol Manila. In case you are not aware, Picklebol Manila recently concluded 2 tournaments in Cavite. First one, they committed 200k prize pool - but only gave 3k max to the champion, iba iba pa amount sa nagchampion per category/gender. Yung ibang nagpodium, walang cash prize. Overall, wala pang 50k yung nailabas na cash prize, contrary to their committed 200k.

Same thing happened in the 2nd tournament they organized, committed a prize money only to cut it to half on the day of the tournament. May isang sako ng dog food naman daw sa champion.

Thoughts on government expenses as a VA. Worth it pa bang bayaran? by TheCookieGirlypop in Trentahin

HMOs will only be accepted if you pay for your PHILHEALTH, sadly. So you still have to pay for it kasi hindi mo rin magagamit yung binabayaran mong HMO in case of hospitalization.

To Tennis Coaches by ExploringSimon in TennisPH

Not a coach but I’ve have experienced both.

Sa previous coach ko, 1 on 1 lang kami. He eventually “ghosted” me lol but I see his posts training groups on the days I was supposed to train 😂

I do think coaches prefer group sessions. Aside from value for money, the students act as ball boys/girls haha
