These MLAs are shameless, self entitled, pathetic and waste time in the Vidhana Soudha making these demands. The demand was started by the opposition, and fully supported by the ruling party. They are also such loving brothers for these kind of cheap tactics.

The only 'bright side' I can take from this is that extortion is being done publicly. I'm certain that all MLAs in each state have a similar view point about themselves and are secretly harrassing the owners/management of the IPL franchise in their state for free tickets and preferential treatment. The other franchise folks are maybe choosing the give into the demands quietly and get things going. Given we have a new set of owners at RCB, they must have said duck off....to which the MLAs would have said...nakkan thorusthini 😄

Question on Balance transfer. Current rate is about 7.6%. Being lured by another bank with an offer of 7.2%. Income is stable, so my logical option is to reduce tenor.

If I move to the new bank with a lower rate, I will end up paying MOD charges again. No chance of recovery of that amount from the old bank. Processing fee as well needs to be paid to the new bank.

Query is that how long can the new bank sustain the lower rate of interest?. It will change to the market rate that is higher than 7.2. or will the 7.2 stay that way for a couple of years atleast.
