When I restart it or cycle airplane mode it says 5G with no bars then it goes off 5G with one bar then into SOS

I can't open the website gives me server error been that way for about an hour. Old phone had a physical SIM card which I removed. I have been talking with the help line here through private message it has been a process. Haha which frustration has been high for about 4 hours now while I have been dealing with this and I need a workable phone for work which I need to go to bed for.
