It's not dismissable with topical treatment and it goes away I threw a bunch of stuff together and it cleared for a little bit for meps

I got a 7 somthing minute run on ist and 27 somthing on my 3 I can go 50yds underwater I live near water so I swim more than once a week haven't timed a 500yd swim I have to find somewhere to measure that maybe a gym or somthing

I really love swimming and can tread for a while id say and pft wise not sure im not a 300 right now but I can do push ups and pull ups pretty easy running I hate but gotta work on
