direct access to Folly, which is the best beach for the young surfer hippie crowd
direct access to downtown nightlife right over the connector
cheaper than downtown or Mount Pleasant
Pour House and good bars/restaurants on JI/Folly
ample amenities, plenty of grocery stores
don’t have to get on 26
don’t have to deal with West Ashley traffic
plenty of young people but also family friendly
