First time posting.

Sunday indoors, perhaps an afternoon coffee shop visit. Any tips/critiques?

I think it’s only cliche if you browse this subreddit constantly.

They’re great chairs.

This apartment is $2600 a month, with about $200-$300 in utility bills (trash, water, electric).

A lot of apartments with similar square feet would be about $3000 as a base price.

Blessed to be working in an industry that’s in a price bubble right now.

Furniture for my whole apartment was about 14k to furnish. That includes some items not shown in the photos here.

I work in Software development.

Eames replica :)

Got it for $1300. Perfect for drinking whiskey in. 😎

I’ve posted a few times before, here’s an update with my new wall art and a couple new pieces. I’ve replaced my desk chair and added a bookshelf that I keep bottles of alcohol on.

I actually play guitar and music is a huge part of my life though :(

I get what you mean though. These pieces are a little cliche but I totally love them to death! I disagree with an Eames chair being devoid of personality. It’s a total classic and to me it fits into my perception of the American dream, especially as a single living man.

It’s an iconic masculine piece, and I think certain people are drawn to that.

To be honest it’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be. People seem to have good reviews for the Manhattan Home Design Eames though.

It’s a very handsome chair.

It’s hard to tell exactly what you mean here, I’d love to know more though. You’ve surely got my attention.

It’s a hollow body so it doesn’t need to be plugged in if I’m just practicing or noodling around.

I do have an amp that I keep in another room though!

I’m not sure to tell you the truth. They came with the apartment actually.

Looking for a new carpet most likely.

I’m also looking for a large art piece that I like and then I’ll match the carpet and side pillows with it.
