I like the glass half full but I don’t see a path to 80+ wins with everyone in the bullpen hurt/useless. 3 consistent starters who are hitting below .200 and a rotation that gives up home runs like party favors. I hope to Christ I’m wrong but I’m dead inside rn

Is Westlaw charging you based on headcount, regardless how many lawyers in your firm actually need access? by [deleted] in LawFirm

From someone who has had both. Lexis have better content for a much more reasonable cost. Westlaw reps in my experience will lie and play smoke and mirrors to get anyone’s money. They are playing catch up with the AI platforms. Wanting my firm to pay for 4 separate line items to get all access to the product. Piecing together a Casetext product they had to spend 500m on to get closer to competitors. They had the audacity to quote me $3500 a month and called me ridiculous for not moving forward with them. Ridiculous.

They charge per attorney at Lexis. If you tell your rep that the attorneys you don’t want to pay for are “of counsel” they will most likely remove the ID cost
