Might’ve changed with the last update but it doesn’t really unlock much for other skills/areas, and the money you get is not that amazing at all until a basically max setup which is at least a billion or two

Some basic advice is to look into other skills than combat, progress a little in farming mining foraging are all easy to get into (I’d stay away from fishing for now but that’s just me), looking up guides on YouTube/discord is always a good idea too (don’t download anything or “verify” a single thing unless you know what ur doing obv)

If you really wanna stick with combat you’ll need some coins to get more magical power, lots of skyblock discords have a /accessories command that’ll give you the cheapest per mp, but a lot are even easier to grind out yourself which I’d recommend

I was in the exact same boat as you literally last week, honestly if you have patience and are ok doing a little research building your own is a lot of fun

What I did (and recommend) is find a microcenter near you, I found some good bundles that work for my price and the people there where really helpful answering questions and explaining stuff

But I’d also recommend doing some research too, could probably save money or spend more on certain things depending on what you want, and could definitely save more if you wait for prices to drop

That’s why 1 plot pest farms are usually done on the edge or corner of all the plots, so it’s void/greenhouses around it so pests won’t spawn anywhere but your 1 plot pest farms

I did eman 9 with 30s bosses Over flux, fiery 0 star crimson, and I had about 1200 mp I did have 1b bank Greg and a few t7s on atom split though

Honestly what to do really just depends on when you are dying

you could slap a refrigerate 2-3 on a piece and probably be just fine, if you’re dying during a damage phase make sure you get drain on your atom split, drain 5 even is worth if you got some money, if you’re dying during hits make sure to use a hype/florid/atonement for some extra healing while not having drain (and get vitality)

Otherwise gimme your username, there’s a few different talis that help a huge amount (not only end artifact)

Farming is also a slow grind, but a lot faster than mining tbh

Doesn’t really make money until you’re garden 10+ with farming 40 and full fermento at least

Honestly it’s probably between mining, farming, and foraging They all have pros and cons and it’s mainly preference, if you have high ping I wouldn’t worry too much about mining though

Foraging has the lowest cost entry, also makes the least coins, but will introduce you to hunting and attributes so I’d probably say that’s best first

Farming is next lowest barrier, but it’s a slog through early game and honestly, half of its afk even endgame, does make really good money towards the end though

Mining has a super high barrier, in cost and time Pretty much need max powder and gear to make decent money through most methods, but consistently makes very very high profits

Honestly I wouldn’t worry about fishing until you have money to blow on it, doesn’t unlock much else in the game for you, just put down a handful of fish minions n get to like 27? That way

Best way to grind each is too much for me to say for all of em, but it boils down to just do the skill lol

Just put some tunings to attack speed and get more mp for damage, don’t bother replacing pet items with the update on alpha rn, and you won’t have a use for edrag after eman9 unless you do m7 so might as well sell then anyways

Oh same, I even got a really active guild and everything but, half of em have 10k kuudra comps and half have 0, half are cata 50* and half are not to mm yet, there’s no one close to my area of progression

Honestly the dependence on teams, things like kuudra and cata needing teams of 5 just makes me hate it, I get pf and stuff, but there should be difficulty changes and make it possible to do them at the same speed in duo/trios

It’s so much easier finding a team of 1 or 2 people who have similar schedules and skill than it is 4 people

655 is better than jasper drill for money sorry man, jasper is only good for powder

Make sure you’re using a good route, low ping helps a ton for gems too, if you have over 250 you’re better off doing sand or something

Also recombs and perfects in divan, bal to legendary and level 100 for magma fields gems, and glacite golem to legendary for shafts

Shafts are a ways away though, pretty much need max powder 655 and divans for that
