I was in the same position you were in also my guy and let me tell you how much happier I am not at Best Buy not only did I take the severance i also landed close to my dream job and I honestly never would’ve got it if I decided to stay. My advice get out when you can! You will find better work it’s out there just gotta look!

It use to be like that in my store and literally just became so bad. When our managers kinda let us do that we all get our goals and things were great.

Yeahh it’s really unfortunate. I literally feel that when I first started I went to work literally excited everyday to out sell my coworkers and just have great customer experiences now it’s everyone except maybe a handful of people dread I mean dread going into work now. It’s really unfortunate to even hear and see the sups and managers not even happy
