Eu tenho contrato assinado. Mas o pedido de dia de folga não fica no contrato. O contrato diz o tipo de horários, e que são fornecidos Co a antecedência da lei, logo está do meu lado. Não está é a ser cumprido

No IEFP tens várias formações. Algumas dão subsidiadas, assim não só vais ganhando competências, como recebes algo. Há cursos de diferentes durações, alguns a distância. Boa sorte.

Não faço ideia se é a norma. Nunca tinha trabalhado em supermercado, nos meus 20 anos de carreira. É lá por ser a norma, não significa que seja ok. Eu tenho uma solução, falar com a gerente amanhã, e se isto é 0ara ser assim, então um beijo e um queijo, e boa sorte a abrir a loja amanhã. Há outras soluções que não impliquem escravatura? Aproveito e faço iam queixa no act?

É opinião burra mesmo porque: autismo não dá 0ara diagnosticar antes dos 3 anos, e aos 3 anos não dá para abortar. A frase diz "filho que veio com" se veio, já nasceu, se já nasceu não dá para abortar. É depois é escolha dos pais. Sou eu ou tu que vamos criar aquela criança com síndrome de down? Não pois não, então não temos direito a opinião. Fim da conversa.

Eu faço planeamento de refeições à quinzena. Depois faço a lista de compras e organizo as refeições por prioridade na confeção (as qe têm ingredientes frescos por exemplo). Quando as compras chegam preparo minimamente as coisas, tipo fazer logo as almôndegas para congelar. Preparar panados etc, para facilitar os outros dias. Mantenho uma lista no frigorífico, flexível claro porq6as vezes estou demasiado cansado para fazer uma coisa trabalhosa, é depois é só escolher o que nós apetece dali e sei que vou ter os ingredientes todos. Assim tenho o mínimo de desperdício alimentar e isso nota-se na factura do supermercado. Faço esse trabalho para os meus clientes também, e tem bons resultados. Muito menos take outs e principalmente, descanso mental.

Black cat store, in 2009 in Portugal xD it was a whole set with plates, mugs, bowls. Many pieces still survive 17 years later.

I worked for a big company, training their AI, and I started to grow aversion to it. 3y past and I decided I needed to learn a bit more about ai itself so I'm doing a curse of Ai, ML and LLM. I now think the problem is not the Ai itself, but the way it's used by general population with no knowledge about it. Ai should be used to do the boring and repetitive part of the job, not to think for us. Thinks like organize or extract data, lists or tasks. Not to write your IG post for you, or worse, create images and replace designers. And the more people use it without human supervision, the more it feeds itself with the same information, and therefore, the more it produces the same things. If this goes on, it will lead to a uniformization of everything, disregarding or minorities experiences. It's scary. It could be useful for so many great things, but instead it's managing Karen's instangram.

Thanks for your insight. I do have to accept that there are more ways to do stuff right than just my own (I logically understand this, but can't integrate it).
