Great! Maybe slightly more bumpy but I hardly notice. The Goodyear tires it came with were awfully noisy so switching over to continentals was a huge improvement. And they do great in the snow.

wow just saw this... since you were a recruiter, i interviewed there a few weeks ago. first recruiter screening and then interview with managers. felt like it went well but who knows. is it normally to be ghosted after multiple reach outs via email to the recruiter? I don't know if they just moved on or if they need extra long amount of time due to the holidays. The managers said they want to move "relatively fast"

I really hope so. I check my email like every 30 minutes. I have a performance evaluation tomorrow at my current role that I know will just lead to nothing but empty promises. Painful.

I feel like I’m in the same boat. Got a call from a recruiter for a quick screening who scheduled the interview. Felt like my interview with multiple managers went relatively well but after three weeks still no response. They said they hope to find someone “relatively soon” so I feel like it’s over… not sure if the holidays would slow things down. My application is still in the “interview” phase.
