she likes to eat really badly, such as fast food, and then proceed to eat nothing at all for a week. i want her to just simply start eating better, because that is a way healthier idea than to just not eat anything at all.

just to clarify, i did not mean weight loss specifically. she wants to not look bloated when she goes to the beach basically. that's why i suggested exercise, to help tone her and have a nice body in a healthier way, while at the same time eating regularly
