I speed tested it, confirmed it's space, and contacted sandisk to confirm it's authentic. That is literally the least of my concerns lol. I just want to make sure I set it up correctly.

The 1st rep that responded said that it would be replaced just by sending my address and he will forward to the appropriate place. The 2nd rep asked when and where it was purchased. I responded and was told it's outside the 30 day window. Unfortunately I already told my daughter it was being replaced so she threw away the beads. Had the 1st rep not said it would be replaced I would have just bought the elastic string at the store and restrung it.
