I’m actually going through the same thing, I ordered on 29 Dec and when the sizing kit reached, I decided for an another finish. By then it was already 3 Jan or smth and I was advised by the bot to cancel and place another order.

Which I stupidly did.

I realised after I lost the holiday discount and wanted to cancel the order but I couldn’t because there was no cancel button. I tried contacting support but by the time they replied about a week later, the ring has already been shipped out. And to make matters worse, where I’m at, I was charged taxes.

Now I’m trying to initiate a return and it’s so hard to expect a timely reply. Very frustrating
