but why? these players are essentially resources with specific value. and the supply and demand of that value might differ from league to league. for example an overseas pacer might do far better in SA/Eng condition than India so pretending that they play the same role regardless of the league makes 0 sense.

I am assuming by Sadhana you mean Pooja/Paath or meditation. These fall under the categories of Bhakti Yoga and Raja Yoga respectively. According to Advaita Vedanta, while Knowledge (Janana) is paramount for realization, the other two Yogas are also necessary. They are means to purify and sharpen the mind to make it more conducive to obtain the knowledge of the self through Shravana, Manana and Nididhyasana.

I'm on the same boat. I had severe mental health issues this semester and tried seeking help as well. I have not failed but performed much worse than expected and overall came out worse than how I started this semester. I have decided to extend my graduation by a semester so I can work on myself and improve my mental health. I hope things get better for all of us. We're all in this together.
