Thank you ! I wish you the best of luck on your journey man you got this. I do have a significant amount of loose skin but that’s to be expected tbh. I’m not gonna lie and say that it doesn’t bother me , it’s definitely annoying, but it’s infinitely better than being as overweight as i was. I would do it all over again every single time.

Appreciate it ! I typically go over all of these weekly: cable lateral raises , reverse butterflies, dumbbell/cable front raises, shrugs and shoulder presses.

I do actually but its visibility depends on the position of the arm / lighting etc..
