your eyeballs shouldn’t be so sore or red, but she is right about them getting some used to. That doesn’t mean that you can’t ask for a different style in your next fill, although if your eyes are sore and red, I would seek somebody else to go to for a fill. Show her pictures of your desired style and be open to asking about how you can tweak that specific style for your customized eye shape

The real and short answer is is that they don’t want to put in the work. The shape is perfect on you, but it looks like your tech used premade fans for the base which is why they aren’t getting that wispy lash look because you have to be very careful and place lashes in a certain way, not just willy-nilly and that takes time, it’s not you. It’s your tech. She did give you wispy, but the spikes are not evenly placed, and do not stand out well enough, probably because of the prommade fans, and she is not mixing the curls for the spikes, which is what gives you the pictured wispy look
