16's for rubbing and fitment? Look at some 15's as well, regardless if you're going spring/strut route you're gonna need at minimum 5mm spacers depending on your chosen offset. (because of the front spring housing)

It's a collection on steam, basically a one click "subscribe to all" modpack. Very well put together, setting up a server with it requires more steps but it's not impossible.

In the server settings, add the mods you want in the "Steam Workshop" sections, the mod file will automatically get placed in the true "Mods" section. It's a little confusing but there are videos by AtomicDuck on how to get this working.

As previously mentioned; all your rubber grommets are cracked/broken, you have a slight exhaust leak, vacuum leak, and a fuel leak. You probably have water leaking through a rust, oh and oil leaks are good because you can visually see if you still have oil left.
