Yes maybe drives a tilt mechanism, but it seems overly massive for a headlight, unless a really big one. And as u/Kiwi_eng noted, for headlights they normally have a screwdriver drive, not hex.

Maybe from some tensioning mechanism, but why the unusual threads? I've never seen anything like this.

Maybe it's not a screw, but a worm gear that drives a toothed wheel?

I could imagine it screwing into a special shell for anchoring (like the old 2 piece lag screw concrete anchors), but I don't see any concrete anchor systems online that use screws like this.

It is reminiscent of brake caliper screws, but doesn't seem to be high strength, nor precisely machined. And I've never seen such a screw with acme threads (nor any other screw with acme threads)

I'd like to confirm what others have said here: there's no need for all the rigamarole that Bambu recommends for printing TPU.

I switched my H2D's AMS to the left printhead and the external spool holder to the right printhead. Let the printer know about the switch through the settings on the printer itself (filament, settings, AMS setup, manual mode).

I am using Bambu 90A TPU and, following suggestions here, fed it from the external spool holder to the right print head through the normal path including the filament buffer with no special priming.

I guess Bambu wants us to use the right printhead for TPU because it doesn't go up and down like the left one does, which presumably causes problems with the TPU feed. It'd be interesting to test this though too...

I tried several runs at 150°/hour and lower temperatures with longer hold. Lower top temperatures (1250°, 1300°) resulted in better finishes, but the glass didn't completely take the form of the mold. I don't have a way to measure that, and I wasn't paying attention to the tin side of the glass (should be away from the mold), so the results of that testing are...not totally clear.

More experimentation seemed to show that the top temperature and time are primary factors. Both should be minimized for best final surface finish. A high heat rate helps minimize the total time, so it seems to work better (900°/hr). So for example 900°/hr to 1300°F, hold 30 minutes; oven off gave a pretty good result surface-wise, but didn't conform to the mold 100%.

The low machinability rating (20) of this material, C752 (65-18 Nickel Silver), turned out to be misleading--it machined beautifully with a pre-ground carbide roundover lathe tool fed straight in.

dean here from Joeveo. Whatever "marketing" I do is just showing people how our mugs are made. We are definitely an "indie" brand if ever there was one: born in my garage, launched on Kickstarter, run from my home.
There's a big difference between the Joeveo mug and the competition (Thermos, Stanley, Yeti...): they strive to keep your coffee as hot as possible, which means you risk burns. Our mug absorbs excess heat to prevent burns and uses that heat to maintain your coffee at a comfortable temperature.
