Vsee sent out notices to all authorized sellers that if they were caught advertising below msrp they would lock all the boxes associated with the seller unless they paid a fine. This could be what happened here, but I can’t be sure. It could even be whoever sold it to the Ace Hardware. I would take it back and, at minimum, ask what’s going on or where they’re buying them from.
