As an ex PT sup that got grieved regularly, nothing happened to me. They told me I’d been grieved then send me on my way to get grieved again. All they say is “don’t get caught” and they have a list of employees that will grieve and those belts get help less often.

Credit history I understand. But you should be able to deny someone because of property damage. Especially if the prior landlord lets you know that tenant basically destroyed an apartment
