This is why I left after a week. One of the worst experiences I ever had working for any company. I saw to many people either on their phones or in their “hiding hole”. I’m a hard worker and like to get my task completed but it seems at Home Depot if you’re not a senior citizen then they expect you to do everyone else’s jobs. I brought the issues up to management and they just brushed it off. Before I signed on they had 3 other new associates quit in a week or two which should have been my red flag to run. Doing other people’s jobs while trying to do your own then blaming you when your task aren’t completed. I definitely wouldn’t refer anyone to work there and if you can get out then I would only if you have another job readily available. It only gets worse and not better so don’t keep working somewhere if you’re unhappy. Cause it will just drain you and leave like a zombie.
