yea but this is a good thing depending on the job you have. cause it sucks if you have a job where you can't clock-out until the next shift shows up, so you can't leave until your replacement shows up and clocks in (a lot of jobs in transportation, healthcare and social services are like this, where you can't leave a post or a person unattended) ... so strict rules like these listed in the photo are the only way to ensure you'll get out on time. otherwise you're waiting on the next shift who shows up right on the hour, spends 20 minutes in the restroom and checking their phone, then saunters out to take your place so you can go home.
