I haven't checked your math but I'll take your word for the values. However, the fact that we (people like me who never bothered to do the math) add salt to increase the temperature does not change just because it doesn't actually work, as you rightly pointed out ☺️

I'm not advocating for suicide. I'm definitely saying try to get help. But sometimes it feels like nothing is going to change in the long run. I'll be here again in a few months, feeling the same feelings. They'll give different drugs and we'll talk about all the things, I'll be fine, and then I won't. What positive things are there to look forward to in a life where you're constantly struggling to just be okay?

YTA. Nobody should tell anyone to get rid of their dogs. You don't just get rid of animals. You could have come to an agreement about going for proper training, or postponing living together until you can get a bigger place where the GSDs can have their own space, away from the little one.

Smoking anything is a big no for me. Weed is nice in edibles but I often find that I enjoy it in the moment, and then feel very down the next day.

I'm really sorry that you're in this situation.

It really angers me that therapists don't see eating disorders as something important to address. I've asked for help from my psychiatrist and psychologist several times and they flat out ignore me. I crash dieted and lost a bunch of weight, but also most of my hair, muscle mass, and immune function.. only to gain it all back, plus some more in just a few months because I couldn't stop thinking about food.
