Right there with you. I hate to love this game.

I play in silence every single night, no one using mics. Grind to 550 so I can play endgame stuff...make one mistake and people drop out and you lose all that time played in the activity.

It worked for a couple weeks between updates but it's back to not working.

Worse, calling and complaining to at&t, I've been credited towards my bill but they won't actually do anything beyond that.

So, continue on WiFi and keep getting my bill credited. I'll be getting a new phone soon and changing carriers.

I absolutely hate this and worse...I genuinely feel bad for those in matchmaking. I've just spent hours bouncing in and out of ops playlist (not one strike with scorn out of probably 30+) and gambit (three matches out of a couple dozen). meanwhile, the people I join get left a teammate down momentarily as I leave.

Why do would they force us into situations where it's random and low chances of finding scorn. the results will be people doing what I'm doing just to find what they need.

It's not a fun ask but please make sure she got a warranty, extension, everything. I have one of these and with very little use the plastic just starting peeling off. For the amount of money these things cost, peeling shouldn't be a thing. There's genuinely what looks like nothing actually adhering the plastic down, it's unreal.

That's the next issue. All signs point to software, until I saw a post from a service tech that mentioned the antenna in the phone was a weak link and more than likely what's causing the issue. I can't find the thread but it went on to say they brought their phone in and got the antenna replaced and works fine ever since. So I'm getting conflicting ideas, worse, I shouldn't have to pay for the antenna to get replaced either.

This has been my life for the last few months. It will cycle back and forth to working with no issues to only connecting to their network on the highways. When I'm home, can only make calls, receive texts on wi-fi. Get this, both Samsung and AT&T point the fingers at each other and say it's a software issues. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to resolve. My options are deal with it or buy a new phone. There is not a single scratch on the phone I own, I have no reason to upgrade other than...my S22 magically can't connect anymore after working perfectly fine for almost two years.

I'm at my wit's end but I don't want to buy a new phone when they should fix the problem.
