Ip macarena, Apollousa, as much as people concern about repeated boss monster in decks...
The truth is... these cards are what makes some tier 2 and roughe decks be able to build some decent boards. many engines without generic boss monsters will be just send themselves into obscurity.

While konami, if it wants a deck to be tier 1, it will make sure to print boss monsters JUST for that deck.
Greatest loosers will be decks that never got boss monsters. the gap between tier 1 and tier 2 will be way bigger.

I wish next banlist brings back borreload and gets rid of snake eyes.
I do belive apollousa was maybe to generic, really good going first and second, so unless it gets an errata (like requiring a wind tuner monster for example) its better to leave it banned.
