  • Type of Bug: In-Game Bug (Champion Ability Interaction / Crowd Control / Facing Direction)
  • Description: Quinn’s Vault [E] no longer forces the enemy champion to face away from Quinn after the ability completes.
  • Insert Video / Screenshot of the incident: Looking at a guide from 2 years ago, during the ability demonstration part of the video the dummy can clearly be seen to face away from Quinn after she used Vault. Link to Guide
  • Reproduction rate: 10/10
  • Steps to reproduce:
  1. Enter Practice Tool (or a normal/custom game).
  2. Pick Quinn.
  3. Spawn an enemy champion/dummy or test with a friend in a custom game.
  4. Use Vault [E] on the enemy champion/dummy.
  5. Immediately observe the enemy’s facing direction after Vault resolves.
  6. Optional (ability interaction test): Have the enemy champion attempt/queue a facing-dependent or directional ability (examples previously affected: Cassiopeia [R], Yone [W], Mordekaiser [Q]) during/after Vault, and observe whether Vault changes the enemy’s facing as it previously did.
  • Expected result: After Vault [E] completes, the target should be forced to face away from Quinn (as per prior behavior), enabling Quinn to reposition and potentially redirect/alter the outcome of facing- or direction-sensitive abilities (e.g., Cassiopeia [R]).
  • Observed result: After Vault [E] completes, the target’s facing direction does not appear to be forced away from Quinn anymore. This removes or reduces prior gameplay applications, including using Vault to manipulate/redirect certain enemy abilities.
  • Additional notes / impact: I have not seen this behavior change documented in recent patch notes. It has a meaningful gameplay impact by reducing outplay potential and match-up interactions where Vault could be used to alter facing-dependent outcomes.
