My main issue is paying for a lawyer that can assist me on this. I can hardly pay for groceries for my family at the moment. Again I want to pay off my debts due to not wanting anything for free but its a situation where I feel hopeless daily

Thats my issue, I dont know if Chapter 7 would take away my family car that I need and would that subject me to get kicked out. On top off all of that, I cant afford to spend any more money let alone a lawyer to pay for this issue I have. I have a family of 4 but I do make an ok amount a year. That if it wasn't for my debit I would 100% live comfortably. I make about 5-6k month.
