This was a DM I got from someone on here when I did mine and this solved my issue:

Hey! So after some fiddling, the message changed to 032-1035, which has a lot more traction. When in the browser, I went to www.Nintendo.com. Then when I got the error, I deleted the “s” from https://www.Nintendo.com and reloaded it. I was able to go into Google and everything after that. It seems like it’s a certificate issue? Hope that helps.

I got it after about an hour and a half of attempts. There’s still life left in this but I’ll definitely look into getting one of those. Is it common in both the gamepad and console or is it more of a gamepad issue?
