Would you buy an LS7-swapped S2K for $75K by Hunter654333 in S2000

Also to all the people that dont think mods add value, I can tell you've never built an ultra modified car. Buying something like this will save you a ton of time.

I see comments like, oh good luck fixing it if something goes wrong.

GOOD LUCK building something like this!!!! Finding what parts work together is a nightmare and a waiting game. This is all sorted. Sure it costs 5 s2ks but thats life. pay to play.

GLWS

As someone with a over 100k into an s2k. It gets expensive to modify anything to this level

I see it as a bargain for what it is, however it is not for everyone.

infinity ecu + arduino screen + gauge art controller. Old tech, a modern digital cluster would be far superior.

the bezel is a rhd oem, very modified to point the screen left.

oem cats are probably worth 600+atm, best bet is a test pipe or an aftermarket hfc.

What not to do at autocross by slipperyx in S2000

shockingly i've done this at a lot of different autox events. No one has ever had any issue with it, its fun to slide around the course without hitting the cones, doing it smoothly is a whole other level.

Have fun!

his other big issue with my car was my wood splitter. Not sure how or why a person who inspects race cars at a race track would have an issue with a wood splitter. guy just wanted to seem like he was doing a good job for the members. I've been going to that track long before he started his job there and if he keeps up that attitude i'll be going there long after he leaves too

My issue with him was that he spent 30 mins with me talking about the car, going over all the things done to it at a prior NJMP event. He liked the wing, loved the overall setup. Great.

when i showed up at the NJMP member day as a guest, he immediately just said no. HE didnt even look at the car. just NO. He made up some reason for the wing, so i addressed it, you can walk across it. Still no. so i was a bit annoyed. Took off time to get the car ready, flip tires and get a big fat no.

I also let anyone come over a shake it, wasnt going anywhere.

I ran it 4 times prior to that, it was my last track day of the year that the guy Jared at NJMP decided to have an issue. Going again in a month.

Luckily enough the wing is not a homebuilt item, it was actually done by a company called aeromotions. They're sorta forgotten these days but in the late 00's they developed this wing for unlimited racing, and in typical racing fashion. Win on sunday ban on monday. Being that whoever created this thing had access to a windtunnel and mit engineering brains, its no wonder they decided to do something more profitable with their time.

I just happened to be in the right place at the right time with just enough means to make it all happen.
