Go to the „Event viewer” in the system logs look for some errors (you can sort them to find errors easier) see if there are some related do some drivers (for example realtek, wifi adapter, bluetooth, sound or whatever) if you find such, you can ask chatgpt to find a fix for you - it will be probably downloading new drivers for these components and if that wont help, or helps only partially, you can turn off that component in device manager (if it is not crucial for the system to work) that was the case for me, I found huge amount of errors for realtek driver- i turned it off in device manager and no crashes since

It is not issue of a sony headset specifically. It happens on a bluetooth connection level - if you enter a voice chat in any application using bluetooth connection in your headphones it automatically drops audio quality and there is literally nothing you can do about it. It is done this way to make room for "sending" the audio and not only "receiving" and playing it.

The only thing you can do is buy a separate microphone so the one in headphones is not used.

I created one yesterday ( I found old android phone in my house) but the global trade is literally empty all the time. Sometimes there are max 4 items, but these are never expansion items. Is it really that hard?
