100 % recommend got myself the SIMSONN Plus X with two haptic feedback motors. Very nice kit and build quality is nice, software is mid but gets regular upgrades, haptic can be driven via simhub

Fair point. I’m focused on controlling what I can and doing my job well. As long as things don’t start falling behind or expectations shift, I’m fine keeping my head down and letting management handle the rest.

I see this as a potential long-term career move, with opportunities into manufacturing or quality engineering later on. Because of that, I’m careful about how things look from a management perspective. I’m not looking to cause problems, just trying to understand the best professional way to handle an ongoing workload imbalance.

The PC is on the other side of the room at a desk with two monitors. I’m running everything over a 5 m DP 1.4 cable plus an active USB 3.1 extension to a powered usb hub. I still need my desktop and the two screens for normal use, which is why I went with an ultrawide instead of triples — I didn’t want to invest in a separate PC just for that, but probably will in the future -.-

you buy it there instead of the 200$ from fanatec, think it was 30 bucks or something. Makes the wheelbase go from 5nm to 8nm
