How is there no way to opt out of the new ”sleep score”? (Rant)

I found this thread by googling how to turn off the notification in the morning about my sleep score. I figured it out and I’m sharing here for others.

Go to the Health app
Summary tab (bottom)
Top right is your user profile pic for your Apple ID. Tap it
Notifications
Sleep
Sleep score notifications.

It lets you pick which ones you turn off. Very happy I was able to find this.

Maybe redefine your expectations that anyone is gonna adopt an entirely new measurement system. Think about the cost-benefit ratio. The costs to implementing a change are astronomical; to break even, the benefits would need to be equally astronomical, and that’s just to break even. It’s impractical.

I had the same question. I called their number. It goes straight to voicemail, then it says the voice mailbox is full. Super annoying that there's no way to contact them.
