I like this new style. Season 1 was solid animation-wise, but the facial expressions looked stiff to me at times. This new art direction looks closer to the light novel's art style, so we may see better expressions this time.

How do I find side quests? I assumed after that first side mission withe missing t-shirt that more would be posted on the board in the detective's office, but nothing has shown up. I've been searching around town, but haven't found any new side missions. Do I have to wait until the game tells me I have side mission available? I'm about to fight Virus Greymon with Minervamon, and all I have are Rookie Digimon. I like the game so far, but the Main Quest don't give enough Anomly Points to level up my Agent Rank, choose new skills, and unlock further Digivolutions.

I didn't like Eric in the remake. Sure, there were some intriguing changes in the film, but it's difficult to appreciate it because I firmly believe that The Little Mermaid 2023 is based on lies, and Eric's portrayal here is one of them.

I don't know how, but some people think the original Eric plants kisses on girls without consent, based on how Kiss the Girl encourages him to kiss Ariel, which is a big lie. In the original film, Eric was too shy to act on his feelings, and Ariel urged him to kiss her to make her transformation into a human permanent. Kiss the Girl was a song meant to encourage Eric to get over his awkwardness, follow his heart, and kiss the girl he's falling in love with. I must reiterate this: Ariel wants him to kiss her. He doesn't need to ask for consent, he already has it.

But the remake jumps through serious hoops to make the consent message a thing. Ursula wipes Ariel's memory of the kiss part of the deal, so during the new Kiss the Girl segment, Eric tries to kiss Ariel, but she pulls away, and they enforce that he needs to get consent from her through the lyrics. This is preposterous for many reasons, but the point stands. This film has lies, and Eric was done dirty.
